Cashback Offer

• Cashback incentive applies when a property appraisal is completed and the property is listed exclusively with Richardson & Wrench Ryde

• Cashback tiers:

  • Up to $1M sale price → $1,500 cashback

  • $1M–$2M sale price → $2,000 cashback

  • $2M+ sale price → $3,000 cashback

• Cashback is credited against approved marketing, staging, or renovation costs.

• Cashback is not redeemable for cash.

• Offer valid until 30 November 2025.

• Cashback is only payable after the property is listed and sold exclusively through Richardson & Wrench Ryde 

Exclusions

• Properties already listed with another agent during the campaign period.
